File management

Within Fairu, the Files navigation item serves as your central hub for managing all your digital assets. From this section, you can efficiently handle both files and folders, ensuring that your workspace remains organized and accessible. The key functionalities available under the files navigation include:

• Files: Create, upload, rename and delete individual files with ease.
• Folders: Organize your files into hierarchical structures by creating, renaming and deleting folders and subfolders.

Supported File Types and Preview Functionality

Fairu is designed to accommodate a wide array of file types, enhancing your ability to work seamlessly across different formats. Currently, Fairu supports a preview function for the following file types:

• Images: View various image formats such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, and more directly within the application.
• PDFs: Open and read PDF documents without the need for external PDF readers.
• Videos: Preview video files, including formats like MP4, AVI, and MOV, ensuring you can quickly access your media content.
• Office Documents: Access and preview Microsoft Office files, including:
  • DOCX: Word documents
  • XLSX: Excel spreadsheets
  • PPTX: PowerPoint presentations

File contents can be quickly accessed directly within Fairu without the need to download or open it in a separate application.

Files Navigation

1. Accessing Files and Folders:
   • Click on the Files icon located in the main navigation bar of Fairu.
2. Managing Files:
   • Upload Files: Use the "Upload" option to add existing files from your device to Fairu.
   • Rename : Click on the "dots" (right side) to access options for renaming.
   • Delete Files: Select the file and click on the "Delete" button to remove it from your workspace.
3. Managing Folders:
   • Create a New Folder: Click on the "Create New Folder" button, enter a name for your folder, and confirm to create it.
   • Rename or Delete Folders: Similar to files, use the dropdown menu to rename or delete it as needed.
