Creating a License Entry

Creating a license entry is simple. You just need to decide on the following:

License Type – Choose whether you want to use a Standard License or a Period License.
Assigned Copyright – Determine to whom the license entry should be assigned.

Navigate to Licenses
- Open the Licenses section from the left menu bar.
- Click on Create a License.
- If you have already created licenses, you will find a Create button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter License Details
- Fill in the required information for the license.
- Ensure that you specify an associated copyright for the asset.
Activate and Configure the License
- When activating a license, you can choose to replace existing licenses for the same asset.
- You also have the option to set this license as the default for its connected copyright.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage asset licensing and ensure compliance with your organization’s usage policies.
