How to add a user to a tenant.
Invite
It’s important to understand that you cannot create user accounts on behalf of someone else. However, you can invite users to join the platform.
To invite a user:
- Navigate to the "Users" section in the navigation menu.
- In the upper-right corner, click on the plus (+) icon.
- Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.
If the account is not registered, the system will notify you, ensuring that the invitation is sent correctly.
After you finished your invitation you can stil change the permission for the user via dropdown.
