Permissions

What a user can do within the context of a tenant or team is determined by roles. Roles are essentially bundles of permissions that define access and capabilities within the system. When a new tenant is created, two roles are automatically generated with a default set of permissions. These default permissions can be modified at any time to suit your needs.

To change a user’s role:

  1. Navigate to the "Users" section.
  2. Locate the user whose role you want to change.
  3. Click on the dropdown menu on the right side of the user’s entry.
  4. Select the new role for the user from the list.

The role change will take effect immediately. A green notification will confirm that the user’s permissions have been successfully updated.

After you finished your invitation you can stil change the permission for the user via dropdown.
