Permissions
What a user can do within the context of a tenant or team is determined by roles. Roles are essentially bundles of permissions that define access and capabilities within the system. When a new tenant is created, two roles are automatically generated with a default set of permissions. These default permissions can be modified at any time to suit your needs.
To change a user’s role:
- Navigate to the "Users" section.
- Locate the user whose role you want to change.
- Click on the dropdown menu on the right side of the user’s entry.
- Select the new role for the user from the list.
The role change will take effect immediately. A green notification will confirm that the user’s permissions have been successfully updated.
After you finished your invitation you can stil change the permission for the user via dropdown.
